Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and invoices.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
  • Customers must contact our support team before sending any items back.

Return Process

  • Contact Beetsbuy support to request a return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
  • After the returned item is received and inspected, your request will be processed accordingly.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 4 to 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
